DESCRIPTION:The meeting will be held at CPS Loop Office\, 42 West Madison S
 treet\, Garden Level\, Board Room. The Board President and the Chief Execu
 tive Officer have determined that registered speakers who wish to present 
 during Public Participation may have the option to participate in person a
 t the location of the Board meeting or virtually via an electronic platfor
 m. The public will have access to the meeting via live stream at cpsboe.or
 g.\nThe Public Participation segment of the meeting will begin as indicate
 d in the meeting agenda and proceed in accordance with Public Participatio
 n guidelines. Agenda Review Committee meetings will be live-streamed to th
 e general public on the Board website (www.cpsboe.org). \nFor the August 1
 6\, 2023 Agenda Review Committee meeting\, advance registration to speak w
 ill be available beginning Tuesday\, August 14th at 10:30 a.m. and will cl
 ose on Wednesday\, August 15th at 5:00 p.m.\, or until all slots are fille

 Members of the public who wish to submit written comments for Agenda Revie
 w Committee meeting can do so via the Written Comments Form on the Board’s

 comments received between the posting of the public agenda and notice is p
 osted through 5 p.m. the day after the Agenda Review Committee meeting wil
 l be submitted to the Board for their consideration and posted within five
  (5) business days on our website at www.cpsboe.org.
